We have a 24 hours return policy in case of wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Other than the above mentioned cases we can not offer returns due to the customized nature of all of the products we design at Prikins Caricature. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your loved one's. If you have a problem with order, you can let us know and we’ll fix it. We’re proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so we are confident that you will love the final masterpiece of caricature and portrait drawing.
If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order in that case.
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our Photo Guide, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork.
Please note that all examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (Within 24 Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For claiming the return for damage in transit you need to make a video of unboxing of product.
No refund is possible due to the personalized nature of the product. We create it specifically for you and send it to you for review before physical delivery so there is no room for refund.
